Property Management One

Just awful. Rude people work there and complaints go unanswered. The building i lived in was dirty with lights out in the garage and leaks in the wash room.

Our HOA used PM1 for more than 15 years. In the last few, their customer service steadily declined to the point where we had no choice but to replace them. Maintenance requests were routinely ignored. Tribal knowledge wasn't transferred to new employees. Each new property manager was more apathetic and incompetent than the last. Even Karen, the owner, no longer seems to be paying any attention to customer feedback. We switched a few months ago and the difference has been astounding.

These guys do not respond unless you call them several times to follow-up on buildng issues. Our property manager Shawn is either completely overworked, or ghosting us. Either way this is not a professional organization. Last year they broke down my door when I was at work (in the middle of a weekday!) to do a simple water check. Of course, they charged me the full price of the inconvenience.

There is something hiible ring with this management team. They have rat, spiders, and termites and commit unlawfully towing with zero accountability for their actions to the point where they spend months building a bogus case against you , by stalking and secretly taking pictures of your children ect. Only to cause so much stress and intense emotional disturbance in your life that you slowly go insane and when finally take the time when there is so much in life other things in life to reasher h. And call, and educate yourself not only do they turn it all around on you, and talk defensively as it you are being combative, they do not listen to a thing you have to say as far as your rights and rule when all is need is to be clear and to get a better understanding for an action taken , they speak down to you like your an idiot and it's like well this is the rule so this is what happened failing to follow specific rule laws and guidelines going against to the point where they blame. Other entities than you waste more time and more nerves and suffer more emotional distress by confronting them only to be told they have no idea what the property one management is talking about . Basically they violate section codes don't do pest control. Clean your chimney. Cheak the balcony ( unless it's to say you have a bird feeder or plant going to rot the wood) for termites, tow your car with out taking ALL of the proper steps in between they are a disappoint to people every where and I am exhausted. Depressed. Out of happy home for my children and that is how I feel about that , oh and say their computer is down and they half step the info o God horrible
