      image Kelli was my property manager this past year as I rented a condo unit that was managed by BanCal. I would HIGHLY recommend Kelli and BanCal to any prospective home owner or tenant.
      Kelli was always super helpful, kind, and professional. She was able to help out with multiple questions throughout the year in a timely manner, and helped our requests not fall through the cracks with the condos HOA. BanCals online maintenance platform and rental payment were also easy to use. Thank you for all your help!

      image I've had Kelli at BanCal managing my SF property for 6 years now and am very happy. Even during COVID she was able to manage tenants who bailed with less than a month's notice, the repairs needed in order to re-rent, AND found new tenants at the same rent within a very short time period!

      image Everything can be taken care of through their website/app, which is a plus. If you have to reach out to your individual property manager it's hit or miss. Trustworthy employees from my experience. BanCal is safe to work with in SF.
