I came across TJ's name 2 years ago actually at his previous clinic, where I was rehabilitating post knee surgery. My colleague went to TJ post his knee surgery and said amazing things about Belden.Flash forward couple of years, I was having a difficult time recovering from my long runs training for my first marathon. I decided to visit TJ and Sergio for some guidance. Right when I stepped in, I wished I came here 2 years ago. There was no stim or ice machine insight. I was first seen by TJ who diagnosed some muscle imbalances, taught me how to properly foam roll, and worked on my muscles manually. When I say 'manually,'-- MANUALLY, hence 'physical' therapy :). He worked to soften my knots and release tension in my muscles. While he worked on it, he showed me what a muscle that was massaged out feels like and what more I can do to relieve muscle tension at home. Furthermore, this guy rock climbs after a hard day's worth of work!! So impressive. Beyond the quality of the treatment here, Sergio always responds to my calls and questions about insurance in a timely manner. He works seamlessly with TJ, helping patients with their exercises. I have enjoyed getting to know these guys as well and they are super funny and friendly. I look forward to seeing them for injury prevention/rehabilitation as I continue my active lifestyle.

I came here for help with a sprained ankle (repeated injury) with a recommendation from a friend. I can see why she spoke so highly of TJ and Sergio. They got me back up and running in a couple months. TJ is thorough and knowledgeable. Your first session he not only assesses your primary issue, but highlights areas for improvement for your overall physical well being and to prevent other injuries. His use of manual therapy--while extremely uncomfortable at times--really helped the healing process as I had some persistent swelling. They gave me a great exercise/stretching plans which Sergio ran through with me in the office and emailed to me immediately following each session. Sergio is incredibly helpful with all of your insurance and scheduling needs.They're professional, friendly, and caring which made the sessions enjoyable rather than a pain. They also want to get you healthy as efficiently and safely as possible rather than trying to keep you coming back forever--though you may want to because they're just so amazing. Tip: They can tell when you skip stretching.
