I am currently suing Mr. Sullivan, who former partner has already been disbarred; Mr. Sullivan is currently under investigation by the State Bar, but apparently being protected by Carol Langford, another fellow USF Law grad, who abuses her authority on the S.F. Bar Ethics Committee. Sullivan took my money for an ill-advised appeal - necessary because he made a series of blunders as we discovered later - and then failed to file an Opening Brief. I demanded my client file back on October 6, 2016 and have still not obtained it out of storage at Corodata - because the former firm Griffin & Sullivan owe Corodata more than $15,000 and disbanded. Mr. Sullivan was also assisted by his best friend, Attorney Dan White, who actively worked against me, never disclosing his close relationship with my ex-wife's family. Mr. White was recently disbarred - although still actively "helping" Mr. Sullivan as some sort of paralegal. Mr. Sullivan recently declared bankruptcy (making collection of his sanctions and my fees nearly impossible) and filed a secret lawsuit against this former partner Susan Griffin in Alameda County - apparently to circumvent obligations to the clients he has irretrievably harmed. Please note this is Kevin MICHAEL Sullivan, a malpractice lawyer - as there are several other ethical attorneys in the area with the same first and last name. You have been warned . . . . .
