They dont respond to emails and are trying to tell my boyfriend he owes a percentage of his settlement 10% higher than the paperwork that was originally signed with the firm. They wont respond and are waiting out the clock so my boyfriend either has to accept the higher percentage or lose his entire settlement. You know theyre making thousands upon thousands of dollars on this one class action case and theyre just taking advantage of the veterans who suffered actual damage.

Just finished my initial contact with Simmons. Case Mgr. Kris M. was easy to understand; explained the process; was personable, and patient with me. Before ending the phone call, he made sure that I had received all the emails he sent. Plus he walked me thru an email procedure to make sure I did it successfully. It took some time, but they kept me up to date on the progression. I was happy with the payoff amount. It was worth the wait.

When I developed my medical issue and trust me it was not a very pleasant one, I contacted five law firms and sent them all my medical records and only one came back and took my case. The rest said they didn't have enough for a case which I thought was ridiculous but then I'm not a lawyer. Five years later they settled, and it was over and done.

Initially I was approached by the firm with an offer to join in a class action suit. I accepted their offer and they handled the case from beginning to end. They were always in contact with me with updates on the case. I was very happy with the process. I strongly give a shout out to C. Gibbons from that firm.
