I used love all staff when they were at California street. Since the move, I was deeply disappointed by how cold the office staff became. No smile, no hi, no friendliness, lack of empathy every visit. unfortunately I no longer look forward to the visit.  Also they are quit slow and inefficient handling any forms need to be completed. Last one took over 2 weeks where as before, it took 2 days at the most.

Our daughter's doctor has been incredible and has seen her since birth. The nurses are also excellent. The office staff has gotten worse and worse over the years though. A shining example of abrupt, semi-rude, and simply checking boxes "help" to get you to move on. My last few interactions have been a show of what's wrong with our system. Just not ok, regardless of the level of care and quality of the medical staff. You can and need to do better!

We transferred over to TAC Pediatrics last year with Dr. Jessica Kaplan, who we trust beyond words. She has been an incredibly consistent, pragmatic, scientific guide for us as we raise our toddler daughter and baby son. Her depth of experience is impressive, as she can help you weave the line between a situation that seems serious but really is quite normal to being more conservative when it is better to be careful. She has fantastic relationships with other doctors and she has a fantastic reputation outside the practice. We go out of our way to stay with Dr. Kaplan, because that's how important her care is to our family.The TAC offices are clean, with a parking garage  right below, making it pretty easy to get to. The staff are friendly and professional, I've only had great experiences with them. My husband recently had an amazing experience with Erica when he called in with an emergency and she patiently talked him through the situation.

Dr Tessler has been caring for both of our children since they were born and we couldn't be happier. She is calm, attentive, and reassuring. We were new parents feeling exhausted and overwhelmed, and she helped us feel like we could actually regain a bit of control and certainty over our lives.I've read a lot of the negative reviews and they don't line up with our experience at all. We've always found the folks behind the front desk to be kind, friendly, and responsive. You might not be thrilled with the complexity of medical billing in America, but you can't blame the staff for that. Any time we've needed extra documentation for claims or flexibility with scheduling, they've been very helpful.

Dr. Jessica Kaplan is amazing and the reason we switched to T&C.  Since moving over to the new practice with Dr. Kaplan we have been very impressed.  The new office space is great.  This week our 15 month old son has been very sick and had a seizure in my arms which, as any parent can relate, was one of those heart wrenching and nerve-racking experiences.  In those anxious moments of trying to figure out what to do I was able to get hold of the office and talk to Erica.   Erica was absolutely amazing in walking me through things.  She was calm, kind, and patient as we tried to check on my son.  She stayed on the line as long as necessary to make sure my son was ok.  She followed up with Dr. Kaplan and got back to me promptly with confirmation of the appropriate care necessary and next steps.   Dr. Kaplan also reached out directly.   Together they made a bad situation manageable and provided a sound course of action helping put me more at ease.Dr. Kaplan has always been beyond 5 stars in our books but this recent experience helped us see the amazing team effort necessary for a great pediatric office.  Erica as well as all the staff we've interacted with so far make us very happy with our choice to join Dr. Kaplan at Town and Country.
