We love NVP. Our experience with Dr. Ritailleau has been nothing but greats Yes you sometimes have to wait a little bit, but it is always the case at medical clinics. The doctor listens to us, and actually cares. She spends extra time with us to make sure we didnt forget anything. Other amazing things they do is they do take you in quickly if you kiddo is sick (kudos). The staff is very friendly and helpful. They call us back and email back when they say they will. If your preferred doctor is not available, you have the option to see all the other well knowledgeable and friendly doctors. The main difference for us remains to be the relationship you have with the doctor without the hospital transactional feel.

Theyre incredibly disorganized. I Ive always had to wait over half hour for every single of my appointments. Then you need to wait again for vaccinations, after being seen by the doctor. In 2 hours time youve been with a medical professional maybe 10 minutes. By the end of the visit, mostly spent waiting in an overheated, incredibly small room, my 1 year old is bored to death and screaming and kicking. Its a torture experience for both the child and the parents. Stay away and look for a medical organization where they actually value patients and their time!

We adore this practice and consider ourselves so lucky to be a part of it. The vibe is perhaps unique today but immediately recognizable to children of the 80s... paper charts and no screens in the exam rooms means the caring and experienced physicians get to really spend tons of time talking to and actually looking at their patients. The staff is responsive via email and by phone, and there are 24/7 escalatory paths for advice and emergencies with the littles.

Yes, it's definitely old school, but the care they provide is excellent. We've been going here since my 2 year old was born and seen multiple doctors and all have been great. I love that you can call up and often get seen on the same day if needed as well.
