Alissa V in Social Services and Allen A in the Business Office are quite attentive and caring. Also, the Nurse Manager Cherrie V is great. Additionally, Ryan the Rehabilitation Manager (and his staff) are terrific. Also, Nurse Practitioner Phillip is very patient and always willing to walk me through any information I need to know. Special thanks to Nurse Leticia who has taken care of my Mother during the Monday-Friday day shift for many years, and has become a friend. Every skilled nursing facility is going to have its share of issues, so I can't give the facility 5 stars (but I wish there was a 4.5 option). The staff appreciates feedback and tries their best to meet your loved one's needs (and the family's needs) if you raise any issues with them. The same as with most skilled nursing facilities (provided the staff members care at all) if you stay involved and act as a health advocate for your loved one (and treat the staff with respect/get to know them), both you and your loved one will have a fairly pleasant experience a majority of the time.

Pacific height were terrific at providing care after my mom accident . She stay over 1 month , nurse Jenny she was above and beyond nurse! Place is very clean and they have a lot daily activity that make mom feel comfortable over her stay

The folks at PHTCC were terrific at providing care for my brothers illness. During his stay there, the nursing (Hannah and team), therapists (Abby) and social workers (Alissa and Mayjune) were all very caring, attentive and professional. Even Allen and all the administrative team were always happy to help and guidance, especially with the paperwork. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Robyn and Cherie and Christopher Are the very good steff that I met and observe. They always provide very friendly help and service to my mother. It make my mother feel just like the home and family here.
