Im not sure I ever have written a Google review before but I am writing this bc I am so bummed and I hope it doesnt happen to you. I got my nails done a few days before I was going home for Christmas. Before I even got on the airplane two had already come off. By the time I was home it was 3. Now it is only a week later and theres only 3 left. Because I am visiting home for Christmas I have had no time to go sit somewhere for two hours and get them redone and pay again the actual nails are ripping off and getting stuck om things. I have had my nails done consistently for over two years and come. Home for Christmas just to look horrible. I have tried to call and get a refund and email no one will help me. I am not even there to have them fix them. As if even would wanna sit there and waste anymore of my time to have this happen again. If the owner ever decides to look at this. Give me my money back.

Worst pedicure experience ever Don't waste your money at this place. The younger girl was so rude. Hope they get rid of her and her non-stop loud babble

Actually the worst experience Ive had at a nail salon in recent memory. This place is not cheap yet the quality is trash. It took an hour and 45 minutes for a gel pedi and gel mani, with almost no idle time, largely because while a few steps were skipped during my pedi, the person doing my mani had to redo many things. My gf and I purchased the same gel pedi, but received different treatments. She received hot stones and a leg massage, while I did not. There was also no callus work done for my pedi. During my mani, I had to ask for my cuticles to be redone because the first time was done lazily (to be frank). She redid both hands, then brought out the buffing block. Once she used that, more cuticle was brought from the surface and she had to go through and do the cuticles again. There's nail polish on my skin and clear polish top coat all over my hands. My gf received the gelX extensions for her mani. Each nail is a wildly different length, they're jagged, and look like claws. Good thing she is dressing up as a troll for Halloween. What a mess. Do not recommend.
