L & T Nails

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review, but I felt obligated based on the poor experience I had with this shop. L & T Nails was highly unprofessional. I made a reservation for a wax before a performance I had that weekend. I waited an hour for service with promises that it was only a few more minutes. I reserved credits through ClassPass and I felt like I didn't have many other options based on my schedule. The owner promised a discount, which he never fulfilled and the wax practitioner had the nerve to ask for a tip after I waited an hour for service. Do not come here! Service: Waxing

I dont recommend booking through ClassPass. I tried twice, the first time they cancelled my reservation and the second time, I showed up and they said they didnt have any availability, even though I had an appointment at that time
