Echoing many of the bad reviews, I recommend that you find yourself another moving company. This one is poorly run and instead of spending time and energy in fixing obvious gaps in training and management, the company would rather engage in borderline shady practices to avoid making things right with their clients. I hired them for my last move. The estimator determined that it would take 2 movers 3 hours to load the truck so that they could make the three hour window reserved for the freight elevator at my new residence. In reality it took two movers 8 hours to load the truck, missing the freight elevator window altogether. This resulted in the movers storing all of my belongings in the truck overnight. I was charged a $250 storage fee that was not part of the original bid for the job. I requested a refund from customer service, but Move Central refused to make good on their own mistake, claiming that I had setteled any and all claims. I had settled a separate claim for the damage done to my items during the move, but NOT the claim for the improperly charged storage fee.
