        Very nice staff let me try on a bunch of stuff. Tons of high quality stuff like Merz, Studio Dartisan, etc. big stock also of shirts jackets and stuff

        Bought two pairs of jeans, totaling over $600, but they hemmed them way too short then refused to take them back. How can anyone get away with this? I emailed them and got such an arrogant, dismissive response from Kiya, claiming that I told the clerk I wanted them short like that. I should have taken them to small claims court, but just wanted to wash my hands of them. Would never step foot in this store again.
