Customer service is horrendous. Never called back in regards to a jacket, even though I called and sent two texts to the person whom I'll leave nameless. Now the jacket is sold out. If he would have responded to me as he should have, I would have gotten the jacket from another store, and now I'm stuck returning a jacket that doesn't fit.

I’m still new in my luxury journey, and this was my first time visiting Alexander McQueen, and I couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful experience. My sales associate, Trey, was so incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive but never overbearing or pushy. I came into the store wanting to try on one of the leather peplum jackets, not knowing my size, and he guessed my size perfectly on the first try. Moreover, he really listened to the things I said I loved/gravitated toward in my personal style, and brought me pieces that I never would’ve thought to ask for but were perfectly in alignment with my style (if you’re reading this review in early 2020 and love black, highly recommend checking out the asymmetrical jacket with pink lining—it is stunning!). Moreover, he struck that perfect balance of bringing me things to try on/helping me discover the world of McQueen tailoring, but I never felt pressured into trying on and/or buying something I didn’t absolutely love, and for me, that is so special and essential and is, somewhat paradoxically, what actually makes me want to spend money. I can’t recommend this store—and especially Trey—enough, regardless of whether you’re a seasoned luxury shopper or you’re like me and new in your journey. The genuine warmth and caring that I felt made me fall in love with this store, and I can’t wait to return.
