Dr's Orders Massage And Fitness

If you have tense shoulders, ergonomic issues, old sports injuries or generally are in need of an excellent massage go see Darryl next week! Ive been to a ton of different licensed physical therapists and licensed massage therapists over the last 2 decades (for different sports). While I appreciate how their models are often set up to focus on only one joint in your body, or the approach is blistering pain now to get some knots undone as fast as possible, its often helpful to get a weekly and relaxing tune up on all of your muscle groups. Darryls rates are very reasonable for SF, which is why I still commute north to take care of some nagging aches and pains.

He was very thorough and knowledgeable; with caring for my injury-related pain, and gave me a soothing and healing massage. I will be back.

I went in to Darryls for massage on a Thurs afternoon and came back relaxed. He takes his time to get you know your pain points and gives his best to resolve those issues.

Great place to relax in the different pools! Also a great gift opportunity. Didn't try any massages so can't comment on that but coming for the pools alone is worth the trip.
