Never perform any type of service in this location. They are dishonest people, they put a device in my car and ruined all of its electronics, I went back to the store and they told me that they never serviced my car. very rude people

Lockworld quoted me more than $1000 for a simple fix for our front door locking mechanism. I questioned how replacing a simple part could possibly cost that much. Lockworld said, "If it's easy you can just do it yourself". Called another locksmith that quoted me $300 for the same job. They're coming today to fix it. Beware of inflated quotes from Lockworld.

The service was so good, I had to write a review. I was in dire need of a new car ignition, seemingly hopeless because the dealer discountined replacement parts for my make and model. Lock World took the time to contact multiple junkyards across the Bay Area until they found every replacement part. The result - my car is better than new. I also appreciate the constant updates and clear communication from the team, and for their endless patience for all my questions. These guys are kind, empathetic, honest, and transparent. Cannot recommend enough!!
