The customer is an inconvenience to them. Matt the manager is alway out of traveling or something. Which is unfortunate since according to Maryann and Eli Matt's the only one at that company that can access their order history/status and he can only do that when he's in the office.They are immediately rude on the phone no matter what you say. Ask them about a $3k order you have with them and no one knows about it. Here is an example, it took 5 months to get them to acknowledge that they even placed our orders. It's now been 8 months and they don't know where the order is and asked for us to send the order because THEIR order numbers weren't enough.

Would not recommend. They used to be okay to work with but they are unresponsive and unreliable. Do not waste your time and energy.
