This is the best spot to go to in The BAY AREA !! Professional crew well acknowledged of their Jewelery. Great prices ! They just dodder my chain back for a small price and they cleaned my Jewelery at the same time.

Honestly, I gave this place 6 months of chances. I came in May and placed a deposit for a nameplate. They said 2 weeks. We showed up - nada. I live in Oakland and its a Huge effort to make it to the outer mission. I wanted to support a local jeweler from my hometown / neighborhood. It literally takes at least 1.5 hrs to come here with driving each way and waiting in line. My partner and I made this effort collectively between individual and couples visits at least 6x over the last 6 months. They never called when the item was completed. They took 8 weeks, and it was too big. We would call to check in and no one answered. Finally 9/27 I come by and its the perfect size, so we discuss embellishments. Instead of having a conversation, the owner says he can take care of it and rushedly ruins the piece with haphazard engravings. Today I came to see a new piece - and nothing was made. Terrible experience
