With all these allegations of bad service and theft, how does this place stay in business?

I took a diamond eternity band in to be repaired and they swapped 3 of the diamonds with moissanite (fake diamonds). When I picked up the ring and asked why some of the stones looked different than the others, they got very defensive and raised their voices at me. I left, and a more reputable jeweler confirmed that the ring now contains some fake stones. It was a terrible mistake to trust J.J. Jewelers. Recommend going elsewhere.

I've known Mr. Campos for some years and he's alway greeted me and my referred customers with a smile. Anecdotally, he goes the extra mile to help and does the most to make the customer happy. Great variety of gold and fine (unique) jewelry. Come ready to buy... #TheBrokerWithAHeart
