A Jade bangle we purchased in Shanghai did not do well when dropped on a tile floor. Two pieces that fit together very well but no one in our town of 490,000 could or would repair it. It had many good memories and it was a sad day. One jeweler said we would have to go to San Francisco about 218 miles away to maybe find someone with the expertise to repair it. We chose Edmund R Weber Jewelers because of their experience and perfect reviews. We called and they said they had experience with this and to come down to talk about the options. We made an appointment and our mood brightened immediately. Edmund & Alberto were so nice. We did not need a hinge and chose two 14k gold sleeves made with the lost wax process to unite the two fractures. We left it for a few weeks and we are now so pleased with the result. The Jade bangle has come to life and the gold is beautiful. We now have two more great memories with it, Edmund & Alberto. Thank you!

I highly recommend Edmund R Weber Jewelers to anyone who is looking for a reliable and experienced jeweler. I had both my engagement & wedding band reshaped by them and I was a walk in customer. I saw the positive reviews online and decided to give them a go. Alberto was very informative and professional and you can tell right away that they have been in this business for a very long time. I had forgotten to remove my rings when i went to the gym one day and it had completely alerted the shape, I also had it resized by a different jeweler in San Diego and the part where the ring was cut started to show after my gym mishap. Alberto soldered by ring, reshaped it to its original round shape and also had them cleaned and polished. I couldn't be happier with the end results. I walked in on Tuesday and went back today (Thursday) to pick it up. I was so happy with the end results and can no longer see the cut where it was resized. You will not be disappointed with their service and i'm looking to return should i need help with any of my other jewelries.

Had a palladium ring stretched out 3/4 of a size and he was able to finish it within a day. No many jewelers are willing to work resizing palladium and I'm glad I found them! My band had an design on it and I can't tell that it was altered in any way. highly recommended!

Edmund Weber is the best! We got a custom-made ring (two sapphires, platinum band). Alberto was professional and personable. He was patient, helpful, and precise during the process, asking lots of questions about aesthetics and function to help us nail down the design. (We brought in one sapphire, and he gave us 3 options for the second stone.) The price was competitive, the production was speedy, and the ring is beautiful. It looks exactly like the sketch he produced after our first meeting. We would recommend Edmund Weber for any jewelry needs in the Bay Area!
