Completely disappointed. Suri was assigned to helping me. She was completely inattentive. Meeting her the first time I got the feeling she was didnt even give me a chance, as if I am not serious about purchasing jewelry. She didnt take my ring size, didnt take note of the carat gold I was more interested in, quoted at setting completely different price for initially, kept pushing a more expensive diamond when I kept saying it was clearly not in budget. Even after that I tried to work with her. Found a diamond I loved. Told her to keep in touch if pricing changed. I looked at the diamond two week after speaking with her. It was $500 cheaper (aka in my price range now) she did not update me. I am not surprised because I had to remind her to respond and give information to me twice. The other staff seemed nice but I personally might avoid Suri.

Tessa was fantastic from beginning to end. We found Yadav's through a google search and didn't know what to expect. From the moment we walked in they took great care of us and delivered our custom wedding bands ahead of schedule. Prices were very competitive, service was outstanding, and Tessa helped us find exactly what we were looking for. I can't recommend this jeweler, especially Tessa, enough.

Yadav Jewelry is basically the Ritz Carlton of jewelry storeswhite glove service from beginning to end. We worked with Suri Pham and she worked diligently to find the perfect engagement ring diamond for us. Not only did Suri spend extra time educating us on all the diamond specs beyond the typical 4Cs, but she also meticulously looked for the perfect stone that fit all our criteria. Suri even worked extra hours to fit us in to her schedule so we could see new diamonds she found. If you're on the market for any jewelry, Suri is the consultant you want to work with. I cannot recommend her enough.

I needed my ring cleaned asap because I was a dummy and took a bath with my ring on. It was very cloudy and I had just cleaned it 2 days prior using my ultrasonic jewelry cleaner. I called them and they said that their jeweler wasn't in but that they could offer me the ultrasonic cleaning. I was very okay with that as I needed clean that day. Upon arrival the employees there were all very nice and professional. My ring wasn't from them but they were still willing to clean it for me . I greatly appreciate that from them. If they had a san diego branc I would get my wedding bands from them. Please support them
