Elite Fine Jewelry saved our wedding come here if you need any repairs done! My fianc purchased my engagement ring from a chain jewelry retailer, and the prongs came loose from natural wear and tear a month before our wedding. In order to do the repair, the other retailer wanted me to send my ring back to their HQ and said it could take 6-8 weeks. The jeweler who made our wedding bands recommended Elite Fine Jewelry and they were able to repair the prong in TWO DAYS! They also did an incredible job with cleaning the stone and polishing out scuffs on the band it looks better than new. Couldnt be happier with the service, and felt the price was fair!

I was disappointed in the customer service. I called ahead to sell an item of jewelry. A custom made, quality necklace with genuine rubies and diamond. When I arrived they spent less than a minute and said they weren't interested in purchasing because the item was too small and they were only interested in buying larger items. The fact he didn't want my item isn't a problem. It's poor customer service to not ask questions about the item I am selling beforehand if they were only buying certain items instead of wasting my time in going to the store.
