Excellent experience! I am very satisfied and pleased with my purchase. The customer service was top notch. I am a very nervous buyer and since this was a significant purchase of an item that I could not hold or examine in person, I was even more anxious. I asked many questions which were all promptly answered via text. I had been searching the internet for months and had visited some local jewelers. One jewelry chain even had rubies of similar size sent in so that I could build my own ring but they were very poor quality (heavily included and dark in color) and the cost of just a single loose ruby was more than the price of the ruby and diamond ring that I purchased. My ring is gorgeous! I will absolutely shop with them again!

So far my experience wasn't good because I arrived at 4:30 rung their bell and got no answer when the web site said they're open til 5 o'clock. I called them and they said I have to make an appointment on their website.

Spectacular service, very kind staff, understanding, discreet, and treated us with the utmost respect. Communication was a total breeze, made the experience much easier. Did not feel pressured to buy one ring over another, and felt the history of San Francisco in this family run business. We ended up choosing a ring with my fiancé that we later learned was designed by Marcus (the owner) himself! My fiancé feels so special. Thank you.

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! The entire experience working with 66mint was so easy. The photos & details on the website helped me decide which earrings I wanted. I was a bit nervous to buy fine jewelry without seeing it in person but decided if it wasn’t exactly what was pictured online I could send it back. I purchased my earrings on Tuesday and I’m wearing them on Thursday morning. They are better and more beautiful than I expected! They were packaged very securely and arrived with a handwritten note thanking me for buying from 66mint. That was an unexpected personal touch and I wouldn’t hesitate to order again from 66mint.
