Traci Hollander - State Farm Insurance Agent

So, I was dissatisfied with my previous insurance company, so I decided to switch. I had State Farm previously, so decided to switch back. My fiance was happy with her agent so I gave her a try. What a wonderful experience. I worked with her Account Associate Heather to get my coverage set up. She was fantastic. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and promptly and I had my new policy set up and insurance cards in my inbox in no time. I highly recommend this office. Very competent. Very efficient. And super friendly.

I've worked with Traci and her team for nearly 6 years now and they've always been great to work with. From car insurance, to renters insurance, and unfortunately even car accident events, they have helped me through it all. I recently had to insure an engagement ring and watch and Eva was a pleasure to work with! She was very responsive, helpful guiding me through the process, and most importantly, patient! She even went above and beyond to provide recommendations regarding future appraisals that I should be thinking about every few years to ensure my property is insured for the appropriate amounts as they appreciate in value.
