EPIC Insurance Brokers and Consultants

I just called and spoke with a woman about a quote on Chubb insurance. She explained quickly that it is required to have 3 policies and rapid fire stated the available policies such that I couldnt understand what they were (some were insurance terms I wasnt familiar with. When I then said that I didnt know which policies would be right for me she bruskly retorted, I just told you. Im not sure why she fept the need to be rude. I asked her to repeat them and one of the policies was called umbrella. I asked her what that was and she said That probably doesnt apply to you because its for assets. As if I do not have assets. This conversation was flabbergasting. I call an agent to purchase a policy and the agent is rude, talks down to me, and then isnt remotely interested in selling a policy. Chubb may be good insurance, but this is the wirst experience Ive had with an agent in 40 years.
