Very, VERY short staffed and now no good!  Been using them for countless years and had very good service from Janet and her help but, things have GREATLY gone down hill.  I get no help and no calls back!!  I end up needing to do everything myself!  I get notices from DMV and tell Janet and she says she'll call the insurance Co and it ends up being that Janet got busy or she never got things sorted out w/the insurance co!?!?  Almost 1.5 yrs now and I'm still having tons of problems getting things sorted out!  Very, very frustrating and sad to see a small family business go out like this!  I honestly feel now I'm wasting my time!!!

We've been Basic West clients for over 25 years even though we don't even live in S.F. any more. They have always been so on the ball for us, their customer service is just the best. You always talk to a real person, and that person (now it is Janet!) always takes care of business quickly and in such a friendly, personable manner. If only all businesses were run this way!
