Paychex

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. RUN FAR AWAY. Our company has had the worst experience and we are yet again going with another company. NO ONE RESPONDS EVER. I WILL SEND UP TO 4 OR 5 EMAILS. NO RESPONSE. When I finally get someone on the phone they sound annoyed and like they cannot be bothered. It's not like we even needed them to do anything difficult, a few forms to be emailed. They are RUDE and conveniently always, and I quote, "super busy". I beg anyone looking for a company to run far away from this mess.

can not get a hold of anybody. my payroll specialist will not return calls, emails etc. i have now changed companies and still can not talk to anyone about canceling my account. horrible service

Jason is super smart and very oriented towards customer satisfaction. He has no problem in revising his estimates of end-of-month tax liabilities for me depending on my variable income streams. A good person!

Paychex has better my life ever since I started using them. I came from a ADP background and always had issues and never had a dedicated account rep. At Paychex, I have an account rep named Karla A who has been exceptional to work with. She is always helpful and provides me answers to my questions pretty quick. I recommend Paychex for their fantastic customer service and always being able to depend on them.

Jason should be the poster child for all Paychex emoyees who work directly with customers!!! I have spoken and worked with other individuals and none compare to this knowledgeable, caring, flexible, and friendly individual!!! I cannot say enough good things about Jason!! It is unfortunate there are not more like him in this terrific company. Please feel free to contact me and I would be happy to share many examples of his extraordinary service and approach.
