Sunnyside Hotel

If I could give them 0 starts I would. When I woke up in the morning I was really itchy and I noticed bumps on my hands, I left the hotel earlier than my husband and while I was out and about I looked into what these bumbs could be and I found it may be bed bugs. . My husband left to meet me for breakfast and I told him about this since he had the same Marks. He called the hotel to talk to them about this and they were very rude and hung up on them and when we went back 2 hours before checkout we got to the hotel and they had taken the liberty to go in our room and pack it up for us and had our belongings waiting behind the counter. When I asked why they did this I was just told I needed to take my stuff and leave. I inventoried my belongings right there because I noticed a bag missing and asked where it was and I was told they didn't have it and this was all the stuff In my room and I needed to leave. Now before I can go home today I have to treat all my belongings and myself for bedbugs because we indeed picked them up from this hotel. It was the only place we stayed on our trip. So not only am I bringing home bed bugs but I'm also NOT bringing home my brand new $150 suitcase with all of my husband name brand clothes (which happen to be the same size as the men working the counter at the hotel .weird) WORSE HOTEL STAY EVER!!
