This hotel was fine, but was just not good value for money. The rooms were clean and new, but nothing special. The service by the front desk staff was very good, along with extra points for the free parking. I did not like the area it was in at all, it was rather loud and lots of sketchy people around. The hotel keeps the lights on at the parking lot through the night so that nobody messes with the cars. The only upside of where it was was the relatively close metro station, however that required walking through streets that felt very unsafe after dark. All in all an alright hotel, but I paid around 200$ per night which is just too much for what it was.

The staff was very helpful, and polite. We got a room right away, the room was very spacious perfect for my toodler to play and a wheel out kitchen table which was perfect for eating in before hitting the sites. And tasty free breakfast perfect if you have places to go. Great cable tv entertainment to help pass the night away from home. Thank Best western you never disappoint. Rooms: Very clean and convenient for whatever space you may need Safety: The majority of the building have key card scanners to access lobby, elevators, and rooms. Non smoking hotel except for the parking lot. Wheelchair accessible doors, room. Food & drinks: Variety of hot beverages and cold beverage vending machine.

I love this place! I have respect and appreciation for a nice clean motel. I stayed here a few nights this last year and I loved it! The rooms were clean, new, the balconies were super cool! I did my general finger check running my finger across the headboard and picture frames, not a speck of dust. They have a first-come-first serve parking which worked perfectly as we just parked and used transit during our whole stay. I wasn't worried about my vehicle at all as the parking is enclosed. They have free breakfast which was so good. They were so busy and the staff were like ninjas replenishing everything, as soon as something was empty and you were turning your head to look for someone, there was already more being brought out. I appreciate the service and the staff. The only bad thing I'd say is there was a $250-$300 deposit hold that took like two weeks to come off (and yes I used a CC) and I was like damnnnn but honestly, I get it, it's the city and my stay was totally worth it! I see a lot of complaints about homelessness, but it's SF, almost every street has tons of homeless people. The property is gated, I had no issue with any of the homeless people! While I know being around homeless people can make some people super nervous, I always say don't stare and mind your business and you'll be okay :) My new spot for anytime I come!!! Safety: Enclosed gated property Walkability: Right next to a Muni stop!

Not a great location but the free breakfast was tasty, everyone was nice, and the noise was minimal. If you want a fancy/fun breakfast/brunch/tea its right next to Son & Garden a popular spot (I didnt get to go due to a busy schedule but Ive heard good things)
