You have to pay attention to two fundamental things. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. You have to carry your suitcases by hand. And if it rains, you get wet. The other fundamental thing is that it has parking included but not for everyone. If you're late, you lost. Either you leave it on the street (on days when you can) or you go to a parking lot. There is no safe on the second floor. The rooms are updated and cleaned well every day. It has a microwave and refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker. The room was very modern and spotless, and lots of lights. Small parking garage, fair price and a simple breakfast.

Actually a nice well located hotel. Felt safe. Free parking. Room was not well noise insulated. Bed was awesome though. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was adequate.

We spent weekends at this hotel in December, shelling out $126 with parking and breakfast included. We arrived at 3 pm, right on check-in time, and managed to snag a spot in their parking. However, be warned, it's first-come, first-served, and spots can be scarce. Let's break it down: - The hotel is clean. - Rooms are well-equipped with a functional hairdryer, fridge, and even a microwave! - New furniture. - Convenient walking distance to Pier 39 and the bridge. - We forgot the jacket in the room and manager was so kind to take it and keep until we come. Management here is great and responsible! Now, let's talk about some cons: - Parking is a big deal. With around 40 rooms and only about 10 parking spaces, there's no guarantee you'll get one, especially during peak times. - Sound isolation is a miss. You'll hear everything at night, and the bright lamps outside make it feel like daytime even with curtains. - Despite the new furniture, the bathtub was showing its age. Slow drainage, and the jacuzzi wasn't doing its thing. Considering the price, it's a decent spot in the heart of SF. Just be aware of these quirks, and it's probably better if you're rolling in without a car.
