LUMA Hotel San Francisco

Ricky took care of everything with my late arrival. He greeted us and got us situated, even took care of my car since the valet service was closed for the night. Easy, comfortable and super convenient stay. Thank you Luma staff! Rooms: Beautiful views of the bay and some city from our 14th floor window. Button operated blackout shades for the window and the glass between the restroom and bedroom. Clean and comfy. Safety: As a woman, I felt safe walking alone in this area. Mostly crossed paths with baseball fans as well as medical and construction workers. Walkability: Just a short walk to my appts at ucsf mission bay. Nice little market across the street at the corner of 4th. Pretty flat, easy walking. Noteworthy details: Checkout is conveniently available until noon. Ice on each floor. Valet opens at 5am

Hotel is nice but rooftop restaurant&bar is big ripoff we spend over $500 but the service and options are just horrible. I would recommend training the staff and be genuine
