Been living here for over 10years now. The building just got sold to a new company not to long ago. The management and owner are soooo cheap. It's pretty sad. We have the lowest quality toilet paper (1/2 ply) We still have bedbugs, mice, and roaches in this hotel, less cleaning service, no more free hotel amenities (such as soaps for the shower or weekly fresh towels) More than half of the showers and 2bathrooms have been out of service for over a year, yet they keep renting to more people making it crowded and more unhygienic than it actually is..... all while cutting down half the days janitorial work yet not allowing us to have visitors because of "Covid" yet they keep renting to more people. Backwards thinking Not to mention the property manager never wants to actually be at the desk working. He stays in his room all day and gets mad when we complain our mail goes missing [due to his absence at the desk]
