Our stay at the hotel was great. The room was very clean and comfortable. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend it.

Horrible experience, hotel, service & their so called breakfast. This was a 45 min walk to Fisherman's Warf & breakfast consisted of bananas & Kind bars. The room smelled awful & sheets were dirty & spotted like they were not changed. Parking can get rough & your car can be broken into easily. This spot felt so dirty & was uncomfortable. The website states 24 hour office & security, both are not correct. The office opens at 8 closes at 10. No security on site. Do yourself a favor & find better accommodations. Rooms: Horrible, smelled & not very clean. Nearby activities: This is not close to activities aside from bars. Safety: Not safe. Walkability: 45 minutes to Fisherman's Warf Food & drinks: Don't count on this breakfast unless you want a banana & Kind bar. The vending machine is just as bad, made a purchase & the item tasted rotten.

This place is just astounding. And I'm pissed still because no one's gotten back to me about my hundred dollar deposit they took $100 deposit because they said I dirtied the towel I was in that room probably like 6 hours I got a really late and needed a little bit of sleep and they took $100 for one towel there are towels are rags somebody finally got back to me and management I believe and nobody ever got back to me again she wanted my date I stayed well my bank account well enough they took my $100 out they took $100 out of my bank account so when I went to go get my dog's vaccination I had no money and a little creeps there I mean that's the only thing he said to me I had to go all the way back after finding out I couldn't pay for the vaccine and he said you dirty to towel I guess they do this quite often as I was told
