HOTEL EPIK

This is a nice hotel, the room was freshly renovated and really sweet. A bit small, but I didn't mind that. The location is a kind of sus as it's in the downtown, which is an apocalyptic hell scape these days. But that's probably why it was so reasonably priced! A little noisy. Ask for a high up room or not facing the street. Or bring some good ear plugs!

Location not adequate especially at night. No parking even though it is announced in the ad! internet connection not working. We can hear everything not well isolated. Very small room we couldn't even open the 2 suitcases. I do not recommend this hotel.

The rooms are a little on the small side but who stays in their rooms much except to get some sleep?? The area is on the outer edge of the tenderloin and even then I was not approached or threatened by anyone! I mean the price point is excellent for SF and they are remodeling the hotel great place!
