We bought a couch here almost 8 years ago. The material is still in great shape. When our cushion became compact from much use they stood by the warranty. I also just appreciate the people who work there. It's a small business and a good business. Worth visiting their new space on 6th Street.

We love our new sofa! Literally life- changing! We needed an extra firm cushion and found it here. Our entire
house feels updated just from a sofa!

We bought high end sofas from this place. These were larger than standard sizes as we have a large family room. The sofas came out beautiful, but we were not happy with the type of cushion we chose. We chose a long bench seating cushion with down feathers for the look. Turned out due to the length, the look of that material did not come out right. We informed Sofa Creation about the issue.
They were very responsive and helpful. They had the sofas picked up, changed the material to a foam, and delivered the sofas back.
We are super happy with the sofas. Really love them and got a lot of compliments.
We are very thankful to the sofa creation owners/managment for excellent customer service, and great quality product. We are recommending Sofa Creations to our friends, and would definitely buy from there again.
