I went into this Anthropologie two weeks ago (Jan 23rd around 2pm) to exchange a blouse my Mother in Law bought me as a gift from the online store. I was a little worried because all I had was the packing slip w/the order number, but no receipt. When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile from the person behind the counter. I started to pull the blouse out of the bag and explain my situation and they told me it was totally fine as long as I had the order number. They sent me downstairs to complete the return.When I went downstairs the person behind the counter was oh, so nice!  They asked me if there was anything wrong w/the garment and I explained my MIL hadn't seen me in a while and I have lost weight since - it was just the wrong size. The associate expressed concern asking me, if everything was ok or if it was intentional. I thought that was so thoughtful! People really shouldn't assume weight loss is a good thing for everyone, which is what they implied in the nicest way! I told them that I simply just have been moving more at a new job and lost it in a healthy way. They smiled and expressed congrats on my good fortune. They gave me a gift card for my return and I continued to shop.I had another associate get me a basket and another took the time to help me find an amazing perfume!I hope the manager sees this. I put the date just so they can see who was working that day and congratulate them all on amazing customer service! Thank you!
