The Bud Stop

Wanted to leave some positive feedback here for Hannah. She built my daughter 3 stunning bouquets for her 3 pre k teachers on her last day of school on a very tight budget. The girls here absolutely know what theyre doing and every customer I saw left with something gorgeous. Peonies, chrysanthemums, marigolds, roses, tulips, proteas this place has a great stock of top shelf flowers. Cheers! Will be back next time Im in trouble with the wife and need a get out of jail free card.

They do the most beautiful arrangement of flowers. The staff and owner are so kind and listen to your ideas of what your looking for and go above and beyond.

Dealt with The bud Stop herself for my daughters engagement party. Has to be the worst customer service experience I have ever seen. Rude, manipulative and absolutely no respect for customers or people in general. Support any other floral small business in San Francisco (there are a ton) but do not support The bud stop - she will ruin any happy occasion that flowers are supposed to symbolize. Wish I could give zero stars - I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life.

Worked with Heidi for a next day delivery. Gave description of what I was wanting for a "Congratulations, New Baby Girl Arrival" Heidi was so pleasant to work with. The recipient said that the arrangement was "Stunning".
