ACME floral is just exceptional. Their arrangements are unparalleled and customer service is totally divine. They decorated my 40th birthday party and I still have some of the succulents used in the arrangements so it's a gift that keeps on giving! For years. A very special place, with heart and soul, that adds beauty to your everyday experience. SO good.

Called ACME to get a quote on Indian wedding garlands and Jeremiah was SO kind and humble about it. He suggested that we take a look at florists that specialized in it because they weren't sure they could deliver on super intricate designs and weddings are too important to mess up! Goes to show how down to earth the owners are and how much they truly want to be of help. I'll be ordering from them the next time I need flowers!!

The man I spoke to had an incredibly rude and patronizing personality. Cant imagine you have much business success speaking to customers like this. I never write negative reviews but felt compelled to write this within minutes of leaving the store.Response to owner: We were walking home from a nearby cafe where we were served lovely espresso cups with the word ACME stamped on the bottom. When we passed by your store and saw the word ACME outside and several shelves full of ceramics inside, we thought that maybe the cups at the cafe were made by your store. I love supporting local, small businesses and literally popped my head into the store (your door was open but entrance was fenced off with a sign) with the intent to make small talk, ask if you make espresso cups, and purchase a set of them if true. You made us feel stupid for asking a question and told us off as if we were a nuisance to you. There was no way to misinterpret the way you treated us. Your response to this review is an example of gas-lighting. Take this 1-star as a lesson learned.
