I went, it was super rushed, he had me looking at lines that were way too small, and added a bunch of Rx that didn't actually help. I went to a real, in person optometrist and that eye stayed totally the same to my older Rx. Jins glasses are great, but bring your own Rx.

Just awful. Made an appointment for a Sunday morning. I show up and neither of the two doctors are working. They had just called the Jins store to let them know (20/20 and Jins are separate companies). No one called or emailed me to let me know my appointment was effectively canceled. I will not be making appointments with this company again. Jins is great though and I highly recommend their Powell store.

Exceptional service.Got there as a walk in.Everything was clean and fast!I dont understand why would someone complain about their exam when its literally their eyes on the board and being asked if they see or no!!! Thank you Balpreet for such a professional service.My prescription was PERFECT
