        I was having lots of problems with pharmacies in my area, so I switched to this CVS even though it is much further from my house. I am sorry I did. CVS's Android app fails 80% of the time, as does their online pharmacy status. Worse, their automated phone service lied and said my prescription was ready. I walked 2 miles out of my way to find that not only was it not ready, but that CVS had tagged it as a refill rather that as my first prescription with them, so my insurance wouldn't allow it. I got attitude when I brought up both points. I was told verbatim, "I don't know anything about that. I can't help you." Two weeks and 4 phone calls later, and they still haven't fixed it. I'm done with CVS!

        I love my neighborhood CVS on Van Ness and Turk. The store is well lit and clean. The staff are friendly and professional. I always get great customer service. Thank you Dalia for always taking good care of me.
