Serenity Night Doula Services, LLC

We've been working with Serenity Night Doulas for the first 6 weeks of our daughter's life, and honestly, I have no idea how anyone does anything else. I have been sleeping SO WELL and I've learned so much about how to care for and soothe my daughter... it's been completely lovely. Jaclyn, the owner, has been the primary doula working with us. She is so kind, polite, patient, thoughtful, punctual, effective and hard working. She's also such an amazing communicator... I feel so at peace and never have to wonder what's going on or if we've seen eye-to-eye on things. She's really spoiled me for all future childcare relationships! Jaclyn works 8 hours a night (or has another doula from her team come for 8 hours on her nights off). She helps get my daughter to sleep and soothes her back to sleep when appropriate, or brings her into my room to breastfeed when appropriate. She also straightens up the living space, washes bottles & milk catchers, does dishes and baby laundry. My husband likes to joke that it's like waking up to find that helpful elves visited our house in the night and everything is just slightly better. I'm dreading the day when we say goodbye to Jaclyn.. it's been such a blessing for my daughter, my mental health, my healing, and marital harmony in my relationship. Absolutely worth it.

Unfortunately I had a negative experience which caused me extreme emotional distress during postpartum, and wanted to share my opinion on a review but I was threatened to receive a cease-and-desist letter if I do per Jaclyns statement below: An associate of mine was able to find your contact information online, so you and Pouria can expect a cease-and-desist letter next week, followed by a defamation case if you continue this behavior.
