During my time working with Ally (treating thyroid and adrenal fatigue, among other various ailments), I noticed substantial improvements in my energy levels, and felt cared for during the process. As a new client to Acupuncture, I had the best person to introduce me to this interesting treatment. My fear of being left in a dark room with needles sticking in me was quickly defused. Ally was extremely diligent in understanding my issues and addressed them as such. I felt very comfortable at all times during the treatment as she carefully took the time to locate specifically where the pain was, and to explain what she was doing as we went through the appointment. It was fascinating learning about this and very relaxing at all times. I almost felt like I was visiting a friend every week, because Ally is such a delightful person with a great personality and a sense of humor that lends itself well to the personal and intimate treatment. Im a definite convert and would highly recommend her. Thank you, Ally.

I was feeling out of balance and emotionally taxed after the death of a family member so went to Ally for a "tune up" acupuncture session. While there, she also helped ease some joint pain and tennis elbow I was experiencing. I thought Ally was great -- so friendly, kind, supportive, and just what I needed to help me get my mind and body back in balance. I'll be back again for sure!

Ally is a compassionate healer. She listened really well and used her knowledge to address my needs. I was able to reduce my inflammation from my arthritic fingers! I highly recommend her!

Ally has been great to work with. She is an excellent listener and is so thoughtful in creating a plan that is right for me. Her treatments always leave me feeling better and taken care of.
