I would not recommend trusting the treatment plan costs from this dental clinic. First time I visited with some sensitivity in my root canal tooth and I was given a long treatment plan along with a follow-up CT scan + specialist appointment. Despite having all my insurance details, the clinic told me the CT was included and the consultation would be only 15 after insurance coverage. Although to my surprise on the day of the consultation and CT scan, the price skyrocketed to ~300 for both. I dont know if it was a mistake or a tactic to come back. Surely, they knew about it right before the appointment. Atleast the clinic could have tried to inform me about this in advance, so I could have planned my trip to the clinic accordingly. No information was passed on to me and was only shared at the last min. Not a great way to treat any patient. Overall, I lost my trust in this clinic.

Hygienist and dentist were meh, a little curt and they suggested some unnecessary work which other reviews mentioned. But the real problem is I gave the staff an incorrect insurance group number and it didn't work so I offered to pay out of pocket and figure it out. When I subsequently gave them the correct number they kept saying they would resubmit the claim but never did since they already had my money. I was out the money for the cleaning at full retail price. I went back to my old dentist and have been happy. No billing issues in ten years.

I cannot recommend Onsite Dental SF or Dr. Val De Leon enough. She is a very knowledgeable, caring, thorough and friendly dentist. She makes sure patients are heard and their needs are met. Im very particular about my teeth and she has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to make sure Im consistently happy. Thank you, Dr. Val!

Total disappointment. Every time I visited Onsite Dental I felt like they came up with new ideas what else I should treat out of nowhere. They told me that I needed treatment for 17 teeth including implant, crowns, etc.! They tried to sell me their deep cleaning service every time. When I visited another clinic it turned out that I needed just a couple of fillings and thats it!
