    I paid for expedited shipping. Product didnt arrive on due date. Still hasnt arrived. In my account it says that my product is under construction (2 weeks later). I cant reach any customer service rep. Phone #s are out of order and no one responds to my email. Terrible!!!!!

    Snapfish tells you the date on which you will receive your order and it looks like it is coming from ups, but instead it is handed off to usps and won't arrive until much later than advertised. I am disappointed.

    Their customer service is terrible. They use a robot message and not talking to a person. They repeat the same answers and are very misleading. If you don't like the product you will not be refunded but a credit to buy the same thing you didn't like.

    Cancelled Christmas! How can you cancel our Christmas Card order 2 weeks before Christmas? We placed the order 2 weeks ago?!

    For the second year in a row they messed up a simple square glass ornament order. Last year the ornament hung upside down. This year I got a photo of complete strangers. A replacement order was placed December 1. Delivery was supposed to be today, December 7, at the latest. As of yesterday the order was still in production. I tried to speak to customer support. Their website doesn't have a contact phone number so I searched online. The number I called directed me to someone trying to sell me medical insurance or something. What a scam! So I went online to chat. Chat queue is #120-130. It took forever to connect. When connected I went around and around in circles. Waiting to connect and chatting took over a half-hour. I never got past nothing more they can do. What an exasperating waste of time. I asked to be connected with a supervisor and was told they would e-mail me. So far nothing. Absolutely horrible customer service!
