Do not go buy your phone/phone plan here a total scam. I bought an Iphone 12 for 100$ here along with the prepay plan for 2 months for 120$ and I looked online on my cricket account only to see it was paid for 1 month I was so upset so I went again inperson to tell them that there was a mistake on my account, they said that "there was never a 2th month for plan only one" i told them that i was charged for 2 months for the phone bill. then one of the employees said that there was a tax with the phone for 60$ along with the 100$ iphone so 160$ price, they were right about the tax but never told me that in the beginning but there were 60$ still taken for my debit card which i dont know for, i never got a receipt only digital which was a red flag for me. i got a phone case with it was 40$ including the 1 month for 60$ and the 160$ Iphone which would add up to 260 right... but no it was 328.83

Was not happy with the past two services. Cell phones, but you don't have WiFi. Overly Express needed to save my pictures on the old phone. Assured I could still have access, when I don't. So upset, pictures of family memories, lost.

This store has the worst customer service ever. Do not go there if you wanna spend your time for no help.
