From making it easier to pick up a car to providing any help you need with payments, National does it all. Its so worth it to be an Emerald Club member to be able to skip the queue and go directly to pick up a car. You also get a wide variety of premium vehicles to choose from. Car Return: Car Return is easy, you drive in to rental car return and follow the directions to drop the car on National Car Rental on level 4, once you return the car, a National executive promptly helps with the return process and giving you the receipt Prices: National offers competitive prices as well, often equal or cheaper than other car rental companies. National wins here too. Overall, Im very happy with my experience with National at SFO car rental center, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth experience to rent a car. Ill keep coming back to National.

We had a very bad experience with an Alamo worker who went to process our reservation with National. My husband did not have a credit card and told us that we had to change the name on the policy to mine, the same thing happened to us in Las Vegas and the guy who attended us made the name change without problem (with the same company). We do not speak English well, he did not provide us with information or help us at all. We lost two hours of the trip trying to process the change over the phone and in the end we had to cancel the reservation and take it out with another company. When I asked for his name to file a claim for the mistreatment with which he had addressed us, she began to laugh at me, telling me that her name was Jasmine (she did not have identification). A very rude person who should not work in front of the public.
