        Worst bank branch ever. Manager would not give me a claim to my lost $20 stolen from the ATM due to the malfunction in the ATM. Threatened to call security when I suggested to have a sign up warning customers not to deposit money because there was a malfunction in the ATM. Cut me off, saying that it just happened and that it's not their problem to put a sign up. My suggestion was to help prevent other customers having to deal with the same issue. Instead the manager cut me off so I said to please let me speak. Then she cut me off again and said she was not going to file my claim and if I didn't leave she would call security. The lack of customer service deserves a zero star. I'm appalled at US bank allowing such a rude manager to be there.
