        Ever since Bank of America went with BMO Bank in here, sucks the machines dont ever work theyre really slow or dont work at all. Worst banking experience ever..

        The staff here is totally incompetent. Avoid this branch. They were unable to even answer the most basic questions about my mortgage and it's frustrating enough that I'm going to look into refinancing with a better bank.

        After dealing with the 800 # people being very rude & stubborn, I called this branch # & spoke to Maria. Very kind & helpful!!!!!!!!!!! I had to call clear from Austin, TX to get service! Thank you Ma'am!
