I visited in the afternoon of April 1. Justine was fantastic. She shortly greeted me after entering the store and helped set up a fitting room for me. She was extremely attentive and picked out some cute pieces to try. Very much on her A game. Impressed with the service.

You have to be careful with what you buy. Some looks really cheap, like H&M or Forever 21 cheap. Some are really nice with great quality. I've had lucks with the products, but it's always best to go in, try them on and feel the fabric. Make sure to ask for their return policy or you'll be stuck with someone you can't wear. I hate that no one picks up the phone though. I left my phone ring a while (on a week day afternoon), but no one picks up. I wish I could buy online, but I hate to have to return if they don't fit and I live 1 hour away from the store so them not picking up the phone is not helpful AT ALL.

The store is alright. The lack of mirrors is extremely disappointing and the prices are quite high. Other than that the quality seems to be nice and the employees are fairly helpful.

Yikes this used to be an enjoyable place to shop but maybe theyve changed their pay structure because its screaming commission after this last visit. The girl who helped me was cool but then pretended to care about my purchases as I was leaving the fitting room but it was completely disingenuous (no eye contact, ok, yep, ok to everything I said even though she asked). Then, I got to the counter and the manager insisted that I come up to the counter before there was anyone available to help me so I could be up there next to her while she folded my clothes. It was super awkward and I could have given the girl who was actually paying for her stuff her space and just stayed in line. It felt like I was on an assembly line the way they were putting me places. Then, the gal who checked me out had an attitude when I wanted to order something online but they didnt have the color available. I think she thought I would just pick another color so shed still get a sale? Im not sure but she did not want her time wasted. Im annoyed about the whole experience people on the sales floor even nudged me out of the way to carry stuff around and do their put backs like, Im the one here to shop and youre treating me like Im in the way. Im going to go back to online shopping and just returning the things that dont fit to the store cause this was just rouuuggghh. Oh, lastly, there are not mirrors in most of the rooms anymore so I had to model my sports bras for the crowd to make a decision. Im not even shy but who the heck wants to do that?
