Store is closed, phone number on the listing is for journeys not Ugg stores as it is closed. Journeys doesnt do returns from Ugg stores (which makes sense as its a completely different store) so they listed a random number.

Girl with the bleached hair and nose ring was super super rude . I greeted her at check out she had such an angry demeanor didnt even respond . Proceeded to clean the shoes I was exchanging . Didnt wear those shoes at all. I was gifted a size 6 and Im a size 5. The boots I was returning were black and were weird looking . when I went to check the ones they had in store they looked the exact same way . I found the service super negative and unnecessary. Especially because I read the reviews on this ugg location before going in and was afraid to come in bc of all the negative reviews. I was extra nice for that exact reason and was treated poorly . It was a humiliating experience .
