Bernard stood well above many of the other providers for blind services. He was timely, did a fabulius job, at a very competitive price. He did not try to upsell or offer "consulting" services. He was also a fine person to discuss our shade restringing problem with. I highly recommend his services.

Bernards services are exceptional. I have motorized shades that have been giving me issues ever since I bought my place. I have had numerous people and shade companies attempt to troubleshoot and fix them but everyone has always said it is not possible and have recommended getting new blinds instead. I called Bernard on a Sunday evening and he was able to come the next morning. He quickly saw what the issues were, ordered the parts that he needed, and came back a few days later and miraculously fixed everything and the blinds work perfectly now. He charged considerably less than what I would have excepted to pay. I am honestly shocked at how incredible his work/services are. I cant recommend him highly enough.

Great services and great responsiveness. Bernard was able to quickly diagnose a repair, get the parts, and get the fix done. It was a very smoothest repair with great communication, and ultimately a job well done. I would recommend Royal Windows 100%.
